Digital Technology

Students at Salvado Catholic College have access to a variety of Digital Technology resources to enhance teaching and learning opportunities.  

Students in Kindergarten to Year Three have access to a set of shared iPads in each class and students in Year 4 onwards are involved in a 1:1 iPad program to further enhance their ICT skills.   

All Learning Spaces are equipped with Apple TVs to present highly engaging teaching and learning activities.  

Students thoroughly enjoy learning all aspects of the Digital Technologies Curriculum through the use of ‘plugged’ and ‘unplugged’ activities. The College is equipped with a variety of robotic resources such as Bee Bots and Spheros to further enhance students’ creative and critical thinking skills.  

At Salvado Catholic College we upskill students in becoming ‘Good Digital Citizens’ by teaching them the 9 elements of Digital Citizenship which assists students in making safe choices when online.
